Going to any view in Ambari UI always goes to
{{http://c6401:8080/views/TEZ/0.7.0.2.3.0.0-1497/t1}} first which then
immediately redirects to
{{http://c6401:8080/views/TEZ/0.7.0.2.3.0.0-1497/t1/}}. Since the view-webapp
location is always a folder, the UI should always go to path with trailing
slash as this will not require a redirect
