Fix For: 2.1.0
Currently in installer the configs go as low as 620px wide and then stop
reducing in size and the scroll bars show up. We should increase this minimum
width so that the actions do not wrap around and it gives space for adding a
3rd column on left.
Similar minimum is required in installer and reconfigure pages.
