STR:
Stop Service HDFS. navigate to hosts page. Click on - Actions - All Hosts -
Hosts - Stop all components. Confirm the operation.
Expected result : stop all components as there are still few of them left that
are in started state
Actual result : Nothing to Do Window is popped up.
Checked for start all when only one component is in started state. that starts
all other components.
