This issue is introduced by AMBARI-8642, where stop command was removed from
addMysqlUser.sh script. If we will back "stop" command then issue with moving
of server and "test connection" will back again. As result we should consider
to back "stop" command like was before and think how to fix issue with "Test
connection" in other ways.
