I was installing latest trunk build when {{hbase_master_heapsize}} had a value
of 4GB when the recommended value of 1GB. It looks like the installer is not
overriding the recommended-value of /stacks for some properties, with the
recommended-value of /recommendations. Ultimately /recommendations values
(which are dynamic) should be persisted over /stacks values (which are static).
