That wont work either. The scripts read the value and ensure directories are
created. They will read the value {{$\{java.io.tmpdir\}/hbase-$\{user.name\}}}
and its not valid for creating directories. We need to drop the logic that
creates the directory as we no longer need Ambari to create and ensure the
directory exists.
