Summary: HBase config has wrong label for hbase.tmp.dir config.

Have a look at the attached screen shot. This config is actually
{{hbase.tmp.dir}}, even though the surrounding text calls it "HBase local
directory". In fact {{hbase.local.dir}} is configured lower down on the form.
