After creating a cluster with a blueprint, issues can arise where Oozie / Hive
config tabs do not work property (e.g., hive_hostname / oozie_hostname are
missing).
We need to either error out when the user makes a BP call to create the cluster
with these properties missing, eliminate use of these props from the Ambari Web
side, or make the Ambari Web code more resilient to absence of these props.
