Fix For: 2.1.0
1) go to configs > settings tab
2) perform compare between v4 and v1 (for example)
3) all items on settings tab are shown as changed (even though none have
changed)
4) click on advanced tab, "no properties" message is shown AND the settings tab
becomes disabled.
overall, compare versions is not working.
