The behaviour of popup with details of DB connection test for DB related
configs is not completely correct:
- title of the popup always says there's an error even before check is
performed and if no errors are present;
- {{stderr}}, {{stdout}} and {{structured_out}} values in the popup aren't
updated while it's open (to see the actual values, user should close the popup
and open it again).
