Miscellaneous fixes
* UpgradeCatalog210 does some string comparisons with == instead of .equals()
* Falcon data-mirroring folder needs to be owned by falcon user instead of hdfs
* Hadoop-streaming jar source is actually /usr/hdp/{version}/hadoop-mapreduce
folder if HDP 2.2 or higher
