Looks like metrics regionserver.RegionServer.numOpenConnections,
regionserver.RegionServer.numActiveHandler and
regionserver.RegionServer.numCallsInGeneralQueue as stated in metrics.json and
widget.json for HBase have different names for HDP-2.2 and older stacks
(ipc.IPC.numOpenConnections, ipc.IPC.numActiveHandler and
ipc.IPC.numCallsInGeneralQueue).
This will require duplicating present metrics.json file for HBase in HDP-2.3
stack HBase service package, then making necessary changes in metrics.json file
of common-services HBase in accordance with HDP-2.2 stack.
