Fix For: 2.1.0
On create/edit widget wizard-> Name and Expression page if user enters a widget
name more than 128 characters then disable next button and show the error
message. "widget name is too long. Please enter a widget name less than 129
characters"
if user enters description more than 2048 characters then disable next button
and show the error message that. "Description is too long. Please enter a
description less than 2049 characters.
