There are a few manual steps on the Downgrade UI ( one for verifying Hive port,
another one for Oozie check). During both manual steps, the Downgrade UI shows
a button that says "Pause Upgrade". The button should have displayed text
"Pause Downgrade"
This needs a UI cosmetic change to update the label based on whether it's the
upgrade or the downgrade .
