Request to add a tick box "all" or similar functionality for Restart
NodeManagers for fast cluster wide restarts to fix or test things, instead of
doing rolling restarts. Currently I work around this by entering a batch size
equal to the number of NodeManagers but it doesn't allow an arbitrarily higher
number so you have to know the number of NodeManagers you have (which you
should know anyway) - but it makes more sense to have the software handle this
natively.
