Similar to {{hive.tez.java.opts}} in AMBARI-11870, {{tez.task.launch.cmd-opts}}
and {{tez.am.launch.cmd-opts}} should use the GC parameters {{-XX:+UseG1GC
-XX:+ResizeTLAB}} when JDK 1.8 or above are used.
