1. Click on a service and navigate to Configs tab. Click on the + next to a
property that can be over-ridden.
2. In the Configuration Group dialog, select the option to create a new
configuration group. Provide a name and click on OK.
3. This brings up the Save Configuration Group dialog. Click on Manage Hosts
button. There is no response.
Expected result: The Manage Configuration Groups dialog should be displayed.
