Sorry, just realized that the following other configs also have to be capped by
"yarn.scheduler.maximum-allocation-mb":
map.memory.mb,
reduce.memory.mb,
hive.tez.container.size,
tez.am.resource.memory.mb,
tez.task.resource.memory.mb
