Fix For: 2.1.0
{{dfs.encrypt.data.transfer.cipher.suites = AES/CTR/NoPadding}} should be set
in HDP-2.3 stacks onwards.
Also need to make sure that {{dfs.encrypt.data.transfer.cipher.key.bitlength}}
is not set.
