Some web elements in Ambari look like disabled but don't actually prevent user
from performing attached actions in IE 9 and 10. This takes place for the
following items:
- base URL text fields on step 1 of Install Wizard;
- host component actions in Host Details -> Components section;
- Versions and Components columns in Hosts table (should not be an active link
if there's only one version and no compoinents on host respectively);
- pending progress items in Kerberos, HA and Reassign wizards.
