Ubuntu repo for HDP-2.3 is not available yet. The Ubuntu entry in the
repoinfo.xml should be removed.
This changes hides the option from showing up when deploying a HDP-2.3 cluster.
If there is a suitable repo available, the file can be easily changes to add
back the entry with valid baseurl.
