Install cluster with some services (example - HDFS, HIVE and dependent)
Open Add Service Wizard
Add some more services
On the Customize Services Page create some config groups for HIVE with overrides
Go to the Review-step
Go back to the Customize Services Page
*ER* Created config groups are available
*AR* Created config groups aren't available
