STR:
1. Install Ambari.
2. Go to HDFS configs.
3. Go to Minimum replicated blocks % slider and click Set Recommended button
4. Change slider value for 99.5% (doesn't matter)
5. Click Edit button (to show raw value edit mode)
It will be shown 99.5 and warning that value is greater than recommended. Value
should be 0.995 instead of 99.5.
