On 'Confirm Hosts' step of Install Wizard, user is able to click 'Next' button
more than once after successful hosts registration. As result, user is directed
to 'Assign Masters' step, stepping over 'Choose Services'. On that step error
popup is shown with the following content: {{400 status code received on GET
method for API: api/v1/stacks/HDP/versions/2.3/recommendations}}. After closing
the popup user is able to come back and make changes.
