Description

During RU, when a failure occurs during Core Slaves, the only option right now
is to fix it to Retry, or Downgrade. We need the option to skip so that the use
can ignore and proceed the RU until the next failure. If this is a one-off, the
user should be allowed to continue.

Testing

Unit tests in progress.
I tested this on a live cluster by introducing a failure on one of the
DataNodes, and was allowed to ignore the failure and continue.
