On multiple occasions there has been an intermittent issue in which the Ambari
Add Service Wizard is prompting the user for the Hive and Oozie database
passwords when adding a Service via Ambari's Add Service Wizard.
On the Cutomize Services screen, occasionally there will be alerts for Hive and
Oozie, requiring the user to enter these passwords. Sometimes this doesn't
occur. Point being, the behavior is inconsistent.
The most recent time this occurred, Kafka was being installed.
Furthermore, if Accumulo is installed prior to adding additional components,
such as Kafka, the user is sometimes prompted for the Accumulo instance secret.
