If in Hosts and doing Actions -> Selected Hosts -> NodeManagers -> Decommission
and all the NodeManagers are already shut down it does warn that the hosts will
be skipped but then results in an exception being sent to the web UI (they
probably weren't skipped). This is minor, it's just more of a code quality and
handling issue.
I'm attaching both screenshot and ambari server log.
