Since Ambari doesn't yet support multi-host delete I tried to get clever and
use multiple tabs to save time. It hung as per AMBARI-12296 so I had to restart
to get Ambari to respond again and after restart the other two hosts are now
missing the host menu drop down on the individual host details page so I can't
see how to remove them via Ambari web. It stayed like this for a while, more
than the few mins I allocated for it to detect heartbeat again - which seems a
bit buggy and the screenshot shows the node had heartbeat-ed back to Ambari
server. Given enough time it did manage to recover and show the menu again, but
it seems a bit buggy that it took this long.
