**STR**
Set umask on all hosts to 027
Setup Ambari-server as non root user
Go to cofirm hosts page and install them on **ambari-server** host too.
Repeat previous step.
**Result**
Confirmation of hosts fails:
/etc/zypp/repos.d/ambari.repo: Permission denied
scp /etc/zypp/repos.d/ambari.repo
host=ambari-installer-sle113-3103-split1-re-4.openstacklocal, exitcode=1
