Testing
-------
Tested the fix on a live cluster to resolve the issue.
I was able to add a nimbus host component and subsequent start of nimbus host
component happened successfully after applying the fix on the cluster failing
with the error previously.
ambari-web unit tests passess successfully with the patch:
6662 tests complete (11 seconds)
90 tests pending
