Description: Once I released a view in Ambari-view, I want users can view
it without login step. Guest user and log in automatically can solve this
problem. What's more, this patch can work with the patch: AMBARI-12545 (for
example: your_url:port/?from=init&dest=CAPACITY/1.1.7/canon). User can own
visitors permissions to go to the view directly without logging in and
choosing view. (was: Once I released a view in Ambari-view, I want users can
