Whe user save Ranger configs wher Ranger is installed, 'ranger_user' - can be
removed by Ambari (right after add service this property saved in configs).
SYNC_LDAP_USER_SEARCH_FILTER - this property shouldn't be shown on UI for stack

There are 2 proeprties named 'EXTERNAL URL' - one of them is empty and cause
error.
