Description: When there is a host error, a javascript alert box is opened.
It would be nice to use a popup modal as is done in other alerts throughout
Ambari. Also javascript alert box has different behavior in Chrome versus
FF/IE. FF/IE opens a new tab with the alert. A popup modal would allow
behavior to be consistent between the browsers.
