quick_links.js, quick_view_link_view.js are referring to HDP 2.3
properties(ranger.service.http.port, ranger.service.https.port in config file
ranger-admin-site.xml) whereas it should use HDP 2.2
properties(http.service.port, https.service.port in config file ranger-site.xml)
This is Ambari UI task, which is not handling use case of defining different
quick_links for different HDP stack version.
