Develop ECS/VIPRFS stack based on HDP 2.3. The stack should support deploying
Hadoop cluster using ECC/VIPRFS (an Hadoop Compatible File System) as the
default file system. The stack will not include HDFS and its dependent
components (NN, SNN etc.,)
