Steps to reproduce:
1. install ambari
2. install HDFS,yarn,hive
3. add service ranger
4. go to customize service wizard use mysql db for ranger.
5. provide "space" for root DB password so that empty password is taken for
mysql db connection
6. Run test connection -> failed
