Resolution: Not A Problem
* UI should not be and is not trimming passwords; the password field should be
passed verbatim.
* UI requires all password fields to be entered. This means that "no password"
is not a valid configuration and Ambari does not support it (at least through
the UI). No one should be setting DB credentials without passwords, so there
isn't really a need to allow this.
I'm closing this as Not a Problem.
