At the add service wizard- Adding KMS, after populating the fields for KMS,
Next button was not enabled and you can see that Ranger tab has an indicator
'2' which says its expecting some properties to be populated. Upon clicking the
Ranger tab, thats gone too and Next button is enabled by then. As per the
analysis this seems to be FE issue. please help take a look
