Go to HIVE configs page
On the service-actions menu click on "Add Hive Metastore"
Confirm adding
Wait for BG-ops are completed
New Hive Configs Version isn't appears in the Versions List
Navigate anywhere and bring back to the HIVE configs page
New Config Version exists
