The "restart required' yellow box that appears after a config change is saved
disappears upon ambari-server restart even though the service hasn't been
restarted.
To reproduce change some Hive service config, eg. SQLStdAuthorizer, save,
seeing yellow "restart required" box appears, then SSH to Ambari server and
type {code}service ambari-server restart{code}
After Ambari comes back up, log in and check the Hive service - the "restart
required" dialog is no longer there.
