Enhance UI to set KDC administrator credentials and set the retention type.
The existing UI currently sets the KDC administrator credentials as session
data for the HTTP session. This facility will be deprecated in lieu of a new
REST API endpoint to securely handle credentials.
Along with providing the administrative credentials, the user is to select
whether they should be stored until manually removed or temporarily until the
current set of Kerberos operations are complete.
