Fix For: 2.2.0
Knox needs multiple topology support. At this time three topology files - idp,
admin, default are needed. The {{default}} topology is already supported, admin
topology can be supported by Knox code from 0.5.0 onwards and IDP topology from
Knox 0.7.0 (upcoming release) onwards.
