For now some 'displayType' values are stored in site_properties on UI and some
are in stack. I think all displayType values should be moved to stack. In this
case the only UI properties will be 'category' and 'index' (except configs with
'isRequiredByAgent' false and maybe some 'MISC' configs)
Other properties will be fetched ONLY from stack and no UI hardcode.
