It LGTM in general.
I am however considering whether idp.xml is the best name for that topology and
will need to test out another.
Since it really isn't an IdP in the truest sense, I am considering changing it
to knoxsso.xml.
This will also require me to change the resource path on the WebSSO URL so it
isn't redundant.
I will play around with that today and give my conclusion here.
