If the value of Ranger ugsyn class is ldap/unix then ranger authentication
method should be set to same
Patch removed LDAP AD domain from Ranger userinfo page and puts it back to
Ranger Admin section
This patch also replcaes the occurreences of HDP-2.2 with Ranger-0.4.0
