New unit tests are not required for HAWQ code added to role_command_order.json.
The unit test failure is due to an issue which is not relevant to the patch.
The unit test has been failing for Hadoop QA for the previous runs as well,
because of the same issue:
org.apache.ambari.server.controller.metrics.timeline.cache.TimelineMetricCacheSizingTest
Notified the dev community about the issue.
