Could you please take a look into the patch?
Hadoop QA failures are due to its attempt to apply it to trunk but the patch is
meant to branch-2.1.

this is a patch that are consolidated from some patches that have been already
reviewed and committed to trunk.
We internally tested and observed the patch does not affect HDP package.
