Description: When installing ambari with HDP-2.2 stack (ooize-4.0.0.2.0) on
Customize Service Step for Oozie, service Database Password has default values
(whitespace). This is incorrect behavior. The value of the password property
should be empty and User should be prompted to enter value for the password
property in the same way as it happens in 4.2.0.2.3 version of oozie
