Steps:
Installed cluster with HDFS, YARN, ZooKeeper.
Added Ranger.
Go to Ranger's config Ranger Plugin tab.
Change HDFS Ranger Plugin value (enable it).
Disable HDFS Ranger Plugin.
Enable it again.
Result: warning about dependent properties is placed incorrectly.
