1) Install cluster with HDP 2.3.0 + HDFS, yarn,zk
2) installed hdp 2.3.2
3) before upgrading, went to add service hive. I was then out of sync (correct)
4) Versions shows out of sync icon (correct) but the button defaulted to
Perform Upgrade.
Should have defaulted to re-install packages button.
